Our Commitment

At Al Daham, we are committed to providing a reliable, secure, and seamless shipping experience while ensuring your orders are delivered as quickly as possible with the highest standards of quality and service.


Shipping Within Saudi Arabia

  • Free shipping on all orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Riyadh: Estimated delivery is same day or next day, excluding weekends and official public holidays.
  • Other cities within Saudi Arabia: Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days.

Shipping to GCC Countries

We offer shipping to all Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.

  • Shipping Fee: SAR 120 per order.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4–12 business days.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country in accordance with its applicable laws and regulations.

If a shipment is refused by the customer, or if the customer fails to pay any customs duties, taxes, or other charges required by the destination country, Al Daham reserves the right to deduct all costs incurred in returning or handling the shipment—including outbound shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs duties, and any related fees or expenses—from the order value. Any remaining balance, if applicable, will be refunded to the customer.


Important Information

  • Business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding weekends and official public holidays.
  • Delivery times are calculated from the date the order is confirmed and dispatched. All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location and shipping carrier.
  • Delivery addresses and recipient information cannot be changed once an order has been shipped.
  • If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or the recipient's unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply and will be the customer's responsibility.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond the control of Al Daham or the shipping carrier, including adverse weather conditions, customs clearance procedures, or operational disruptions. Customers will be notified whenever reasonably possible.
