Returns & Exchanges

Watches

  • Watches purchased through Aldaham’s official online store are eligible for return within three (3) days from the date of delivery.
  • To initiate a return request, the customer must contact us via email at [email protected]

  • Returned watches must:
  • Be sent back within the specified return period.
  • Be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection. Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within ten (10) business days from the date of receipt.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.


Perfumes

  • Perfumes purchased through Aldaham’s official online store are eligible for return within twenty-four (24) hours from the date of delivery.

  • Returned perfumes must:
  • Be returned within the specified timeframe.
  • Remain unused and unopened.
  • Be in their original packaging, including all accessories and contents.
  • Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Approved refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Jewelry:

  • Jewelry items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.



Warranty Policy

Aldaham provides a warranty on all watches covering manufacturing defects only.

During the warranty period, Aldaham will repair the watch free of charge, including the cost of spare parts, labor, and related repair expenses.

  • The warranty does not cover:Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or improper handling, including but not limited to drops, scratches, or discoloration.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or servicing performed by third parties without prior written approval from Aldaham.
  • Damage caused by exposure to water, fire, or extreme conditions.
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches to the case or glass.



Warranty Claims Procedure

If the customer believes that a defect or damage is covered under warranty, they must contact Customer Support at [email protected]

, providing a detailed description and clear photographs of the issue.

Upon receipt of the product, Aldaham’s technical team will conduct a thorough inspection. The customer will be notified whether the issue is covered under warranty.

  • If approved, the product will be repaired or the defective part replaced, and return shipping costs will be reimbursed to the customer.



Shipping Fees

  • All paid shipping fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
